An integrative health coach helps clients realize their unique visions of optimal health and implement effective health behavior changes, not only for disease prevention, but for a sense of well-being.

Integrative health coaching considers the entire person - the physical, emotional, and spiritual components.

The coaching model followed is based on Duke Integrative Medicine's Wheel of Health*.

As an integrative health coach, I will help you navigate through the process of creating a personalized health plan for yourself, take action, and follow through to accomplish your plan. A coach is a key supporter in taking steps toward reaching goals to achieve sustainable healthy life styles.

I take a holistic approach to health and wellness, considering all areas of your life and how they are intertwined. I listen to YOU. I will help you feel better, one step at a time.
