These sneakers are extremely comfortable with fun patterns. I bought them in every color available – enough to switch every 3 months.

I record every glass of water, all food, and each exercise. I review trends and make sure that I am getting enough nutrition each day. Even during maintenance, I use MFP throughout the day.
This portable little scale is so small it fits in a purse or pocket. I brought this everywhere with me until I was close to my weight loss goal to make sure I was eating the right amount of food.
I lost weight rather quickly, so Hue Leggings helped immensely since they span multiple sizes. I wore them with tall or short boots or flats for a variety of stylish looks. I still wear these leggings in cold weather, just in a smaller size.
Healthy food and great recipes have been key to losing weight, and play a huge role in maintenance. I discovered a great source for delicious recipes that have already been created or modified – SkinnyTaste.com. I hope you enjoy her creations as much as I do.
I am NOT a trainer, but I work out based on a customized program designed by an exercise physiologist. She taught me about the Borg Scale of Perceived Exertion. I learned to really listen to my body. Despite what I had been “taught” in the 1980’s, I discovered that I didn’t have to push myself very, very hard to lose fat. I also found out that exercising 7 days a week was unnecessary.
I strongly advise seeking a professional trainer or exercise physiologist and receive medical clearance before undertaking any exercise program.
